Compass Development Marketing Group to Lead Sales for Aurora Sunny Isles Beach

With construction on theĀ 17-story Aurora Sunny Isles Beach condominium development set to be completed in six months, Compass Development Marketing Group will oversee the sale of the remaining units. Nearly 70% of the boutique building’s 61 residences are already sold, Verzasca Group, which is developing the property, wanted to explore buyers out of the South Florida market to ensure maximum occupancy once the condo opens.

ā€œOur in-house team did an excellent job getting us to this point, but we are now ready for a group like Compass to help us get over the finish line,ā€ says Tim Lobanov, managing director of Verzasca Group managing director. ā€œCompass has industry-leading technology and an unparalleled network that can put us in front of out-of-state U.S. buyers, especially those in the Northeast and California.ā€

Prices start at $1 million for two and three-bedroom residences ranging from 1,385 square feet to over 2,150 square feet of living space. Every unit comes with smart-home-ready technologies, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and private elevator entry. Amenities include a resort-style pool, private sundecks with cabana lounges, a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor yoga lounges, a spa and a children’s playroom.

ā€œWe are thrilled to be associated with a boutique project like Aurora,ā€ says Beth Butler, regional director of new development at Compass. ā€œConsidering its location and lifestyle offered, it is one of the best values you’ll find in Sunny Isles. The single-family inventory crisis and surging prices are leading buyers back to condos,ā€ Butler says. ā€œThey are seeking a piece of South Florida, particularly in a beach community, so they can fully take advantage of the lifestyle.ā€
