Coke Florida Earns Recognition as a Top-Performing U.S. Company

Coke Florida has been recognized as a U.S. Best Managed Company for two consecutive years and was the first and only Coca-Cola bottler to receive this prestigious title in 2022.

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) has been named one of the 2023 U.S. Best Managed Companies. The program, sponsored by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal, acknowledges exceptional private companies in the U.S. and honors the accomplishments of their management teams.

The 2023 designees are private companies based in the U.S. that have exhibited exceptional performance in strategic planning and execution, cultivating a vibrant work environment and maintaining robust financials. These designees have propelled their respective businesses forward while staying true to their mission and values by investing in their workforce, pursuing digital transformation to gain an edge in the market, implementing tangible measures to promote sustainability, and demonstrating their unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

“We are honored to be once again named a U.S. Best Managed Company – it’s a true reflection of the passion and performance that our associates bring to our customers on a daily basis,” Troy Taylor says, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Coke Florida. “In partnership with The Coca-Cola Company, we deliver refreshing experiences to consumers across the Sunshine State daily. We are proud to represent some of the greatest consumer brands in the world, and our achievements are rooted in strong customer service and consistent involvement across the communities where we operate.”

The Best Managed Companies program carefully selects and evaluates applicants based on their excellence in four crucial areas: strategy, ability to execute, corporate culture and governance/financial performance. A panel of external judges assesses these hallmarks of excellence to determine the honorees who join a global ecosystem of recognized companies from over 46 countries.

“I sincerely appreciate the Coke Florida team members who contributed to this recognition by consistently delivering results while maintaining a reputation as a leader in company culture and business,” said Jennifer Mann, President of Coca-Cola North America. “I am tremendously proud of this achievement.”

Coke Florida is a privately owned Coca-Cola bottler and operates in 47 out of the 67 counties in Florida, stretching from Jacksonville to the Keys.
