Coconut Grove gets twisted

Tenants are expected to move into the Bjarke Ingles designed Grove at Grand Bay in June, according to Cervera Real Estate, the exclusive listing agent for the Terra Group Project.

SFBW Market Director Rich Lopez snapped a picture this week that shows the project near completion.

If you have been holding off on buying a unit, there’s only one left, a $28 million square foot penthouse with 10,118 square feet under air conditioning, says Dolores Delgado, sales associate with Cervera, exclusive listing agent. “We do have some interest in it.”

Delivery will start with the north tower and be followed shortly by the south tower.

The project is notable for being the first luxury condo in the United States by Ingels, who is a global architectural star.
