This upscale oceanfront resort on Fort Lauderdale’s most extensive stretch of pristine private beach serves a refreshing rum drink with a deep blue hue reminiscent of the Atlantic Ocean. The most remarkable aspect of the cocktail is that every sale at the resort contributes $1 to The Sea Turtle Conservation Fund, which works towards protecting the global sea turtle population.

Ingredients

2 ounces Malibu Rum

.5 ounces Blue Curacao

1 ounce Sour Mix

2 ounces Pineapple Juice

Garnish with Orange Slice, Cherry and Coconut Flakes
