Sales Launch for First-Ever Viceroy Residences in Miami

It is the ideal location for those who desire to be at the center of commerce and culture.

The sales for Viceroy Brickell – The Residences were recently launched by real estate industry leaders Related Group and GTIS Partners in collaboration with luxury hospitality company Viceroy. Viceroy Brickell, Viceroy’s inaugural standalone residential project, brings a new infusion of style and allure to Brickell’s global financial hub. This project features interiors designed by the award-winning studio Meyer Davis and globally renowned architecture by Arquitectónica.

Located in the One Brickell complex, Viceroy Brickell is aimed at bringing a higher level of global culture, style, and hospitality experience to Miami. Apart from offering ample shopping, entertainment and culinary options, the area’s proximity to public transit has made it one of the state’s most walkable communities, with easy access to the Metromover, the Underline, and a network of pedestrian and cycling paths. As a result, the area has been recognized as one of the best places to live in Miami.

“The Brickell neighborhood is among South Florida’s most well-known and desirable destinations, distilling the very best our region has to offer into a vibrant, cosmopolitan live-work-play community,” Nick Perez says, president of Related Group’s condominium development division. “At Related Group, we’ve been privileged to witness and contribute to this community’s prominence firsthand. Through the launch of Viceroy Brickell, we extend our commitment to the neighborhood and celebrate our alignment with Viceroy, a brand that embodies elevated experiences and spaces.”

Viceroy Brickell is situated in the heart of One Brickell’s lively neighborhood. Its residents have easy access to a host of Michelin-starred restaurants, world-renowned museums, luxury shopping, five-star hotels, and one of the most thriving job markets in the country.

“Miami has emerged as one of the most dynamic cities for business, culture and living in the United States, with the Brickell financial district serving as a critical anchor to its continued prosperity,” Robert Vahradian says, Partner and Head of U.S. Investments for GTIS. “With national and international corporations continuing to open offices in or around greater Downtown, together with world-class shopping and dining in the area, we are incredibly bullish on the near and long-term demand for top-tier, class-A projects like Viceroy Brickell.”

Located within a 45-story glass tower that offers stunning views of the Brickell skyline, the Miami River, and Biscayne Bay, Viceroy Brickell is set to feature 420 residences. The units will include studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom homes ranging from 485 square feet to 1,286 square feet. In addition, the property will boast two full levels of marquee penthouses and 56 city flats that will front S.E. 5th Street, offering a prime view of Brickell’s vibrant urban lifestyle.

Viceroy Brickell boasts 37,000 square feet of thoughtfully curated amenities and a comprehensive list of resident services managed by the Viceroy Hotel and Residences hospitality team. On the 14th level of the building, residents can enjoy an expansive amenity deck replete with a heated pool, outdoor spa, poolside cabanas, summer kitchen, poolside café, bocce court, and a beautifully landscaped outdoor lounge. The fitness center, equipped with top-of-the-line facilities, offers a cardio theater that opens up to Miami’s stunning skyline, saunas, and customized treatment rooms for a first-class fitness experience.

One Brickell residents have access to a beautifully landscaped promenade along the Miami River and a private marina exclusively for residents. Additionally, complimentary memberships to the Gran Bay Club located in nearby Key Biscayne further complement the on-site amenities. Indoor features include a multi-sport simulator studio, a resident club room with a full-service bar, billiards, humidors, and multimedia facilities, a wine cellar and tasting room, a private cinema, and a permanent exhibit of curated, high-quality, contemporary artwork from the Jorge M. Pérez Collection, reflecting the Related Group’s ongoing commitment to the arts.

“As we continue to refine and reposition the Viceroy brand, we remain committed to pursuing projects that are distinct and special,” Mark Keiser says, president of Viceroy, one of the most respected names in luxury hospitality. “Collaborating with Related Group and GTIS Partners on Viceroy Brickell enables us to expand on our future, which will focus on bringing people closer to the stories, places and lifestyle that make our world unique.”

Construction on Viceroy Brickell is underway, and completion is projected for early 2026. Fortune International Realty is the hotel’s exclusive sales agency.

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico.
