Silver Airways is starting twice-weekly service between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and New Bight Airport on Cat Island in the Bahamas beginning Feb. 13. Cat Island is 50 miles long and it includes the highest point in the Bahamas, the 206-foot Mount Alvernia.
