Top-rated chef comes to Miami

Award winning chef Hemant Mathur is leading the kitchen at Maska, Rickshaw Hospitality Group’s new restaurant in Midtown. In 2004, Mathur opened Devi near New York’s Union Square, which, became the country’s first Michelin-starred Indian restaurant. In 2010, he opened Tulsi, on Manhattan’s east side, which also received a Michelin star. Mathur is known for his skill with the Indian clay oven, and the restaurant is offering traditional and progressive Indian cuisine.
