The 2014 Apogee Awards

The SFBW Apogee Awards were handed out during a gala celebration at the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale on Nov. 6.

Honorees, guests and sponsors celebrated with a pre-awards event cocktail party with live music on the second floor of the museum, which is part of Nova Southeastern University.

Many of the honorees brought family and members of their business teams to help celebrate the occasion.

The awards program then moved to the museum theater with a high-energy program that included a juggling performance by Variety Entertainment of Davie. There were plenty of cheers as honorees walked on stage to accept their awards.
