Kolter Urban has topped off the 48-unit oceanfront 5000 North Ocean on Singer Island in Riviera Beach. The tropical modern tower was designed by Randall Stofft Architects and BC Architects. Bob Martin of The Decorators Unlimited in Palm Beach is the interior designer. The tower has four floor plans, ranging from 2,706 to 4,897 square feet with four two-story SeaGlass residences. 5000 North Ocean has hit $65 million in sales, and remaining units are priced at $2 million and up. General contractor Kast Construction expects a fall 2019 completion. 5000nocean.com
