The acquisition merges luxury fragrances and technology to enhance the consumer experiences in Miami.

Aroma360, a company specializing in fragrance branding and marketing, has recently acquired Next Scent LLC, known for its eco-friendly patented scent systems, signature fragrances, and advanced air care scent solutions designed for some of the most prominent vehicle brands and businesses. The acquisition signifies a significant milestone for the Aroma360 Commercial Division, which serves clients in national and international chains, including car dealerships, hotels, retail stores, and large corporations. Aroma360 will now be able to improve access to the luxury fragrance experience it offers consumers.

Aroma360 is recognized as a leading player in the scent marketing industry. The company specializes in improving the brand and customer experience through scent branding and marketing strategies. Its team of scenting specialists has served hundreds of clients across 22 countries, designing over 90 signature scents tailored to each brand’s unique image and objectives. It has collaborated with brands like Disney, Marriott, Four Seasons and Ferrari.

“The power of scenting and scent marketing has not only been proven to enhance the staff and client experience for your business, but many studies have determined that consumers will stay longer and spend up to 80% more where custom scenting has been used to influence the overall on-site, customer experience,” Eduard Kotlyarov, Jr. says, president of Aroma360.

Next generation scent solutions are created by a team that played a significant role in building the world’s largest commercial scent marketing company. The purpose of Next Scent is to revolutionize the customer experience for businesses, brands, and high-profile properties. The LATUS Pro is one of the latest patent-pending tech systems that will be introduced to the Aroma360 family, in addition to the Ventus Systems from Next Scent. This system offers secure remote management, 24/7 in-store air quality monitoring, and support services. It also boasts eco-friendly and certified-safe fragrances and natural color neutralizers, making it an attractive option for consumers.

“We are excited for this strategic move to incorporate the amazing fragrances, consumer solutions and global reach of Aroma360 with the industry expertise and advanced technology from NextScent,” David Amaral says, former CEO of NextScent and president of Aroma360 Pro. “The solution set that we offer, to help enterprise clients leverage the power of scent, is unmatched in the industry.”
