Nora District in West Palm Beach Unveils Four New Tenants

The Nora District, a planned retail shopping center in West Palm Beach, has added four new tenants, expanding its future selection of top-notch dining options, boutique fitness and wellness facilities, and lifestyle retail. Created by NDT DevelopmentPlace Projects and Wheelock Street Capital, Nora District aims to transform Downtown West Palm Beach into a vibrant hub, offering exceptional amenities for the wider Palm Beach County community. Its initial stage is scheduled to be finished by early 2025, focusing on North Railroad Avenue. The plan involves the transformation of numerous former industrial buildings to establish more than 150,000 square feet of unique commercial space, 55,000 square feet of creative office space, and a linear park.

“We are beyond excited to welcome Del Mar Mediterranean Restaurant, Sana Skin Studio, Mint, and The Spot Barbershop as the latest businesses to join the tenant lineup at Nora,” Francis X. Scire, Jr. says, Head of Leasing at Nora. “Our team has thoughtfully curated highly sought-after food and beverage operators, boutique wellness experiences and premier lifestyle retailers such as these to further our mission in developing the premier lifestyle destination in Palm Beach County.”

Del Mar Mediterranean Restaurant, part of the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants group, draws inspiration from the diverse flavors of Mediterranean coastal cuisine, incorporating influences from Greece, Southern Spain, Morocco, France, Italy, and Turkey. Their seasonal menus feature a range of seafood dishes complemented by fresh produce, cheeses, high-quality olive oil, and aromatic spice blends, all prepared from scratch. The “from the hearth” restaurant concept will soon debut its second location at Nora in Florida and is scheduled to open its Columbus, Ohio location on June 11.

Sana Skin Studio goes beyond the traditional skincare experience by offering goal-driven facials, personalized guidance, and clean skincare. The name “Sana” comes from the Spanish word “Sanar,” meaning “to heal,” representing the belief that everyone can be their own “Skin Healer.” Unlike standard facials, Sana’s approach is rooted in education, empowering guests to understand their skin and specific needs. Whether you choose the Signature Facial, SuperGlow, or SuperDetox facial, you can achieve the coveted “sana glow.” Their thoughtfully curated retail selection includes top clean beauty brands like Agent Nateur, Indie Lee, Augustinus Bader, and more, reflecting Sana’s commitment to promoting healthier skin and self-love.

Mint offers an exclusive range of high-end clothing and accessories for women. Its inaugural store opened in 2004 on the North Fork of Long Island in New York and has expanded to multiple boutiques across the Hamptons. Its diverse collection features seasonal attire and everyday essentials from renowned designers and brands such as AGOLDE, Amanda Uprichard, Bella Dahl, and Rails. The opening of Mint’s location at Nora signifies the boutique’s initial venture outside of New York.

The Spot Barbershop has nearly 30 locations throughout South Florida. Focused on providing high-end grooming services and exceptional experiences designed for the contemporary gentleman, The Spot Barbershop is committed to delivering top-notch men’s grooming services, presenting their distinctive approach to the traditional barbershop experience. Every service at The Spot Barbershop integrates conventional grooming methods with outstanding service, allowing guests to unwind during the grooming consultation. Styles, hair wash, and massage are included with each service.

Nora District’s comprehensive master plan is led by the City of West Palm Beach and nationally acclaimed urban planning firm PlusUrbia. For more information about Nora, visit norawpb.com. For information regarding leasing, contact Francis X. Scire, Head of Leasing, at fxs@norawpb.com
