Atlantic Group of Companies Begins Sales of Ultra-Luxury, Boutique Project in Palm Beach Shores

The Atlantic Group of Companies is a comprehensive, multi-division real estate brand focused on all aspects of real estate development with successful properties throughout Florida and North Carolina.

The Pearl, an ultra-luxury, boutique oceanfront development, has begun accepting sales. Atlantic Group of Companies is developing the property at 123 Ocean Ave. in the serene coastal destination of Palm Beach Shores, offering views of the Atlantic Ocean. The development boasts 18 residences spread across six stories, providing exclusivity and privacy in one of the most desirable locations in Florida. Palm Beach Shores is considered a hidden gem due to its location near the southern tip of Singer Island. Pearl is currently the only new beachfront development in Palm Beach County.

The exquisite homes offer a range of living spaces from 2,400 to 7,000 square feet, with floor plans that offer two to more than four bedrooms and bathrooms, along with customizable options. Each home boasts ocean views and has a semi-private and shared service elevator. The luxurious residences are complemented by 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities that rival larger luxury developments. The Founder’s program, available for a limited time, starts at $1,500 per square foot.

Residents of this development will access many luxurious amenities, such as a rooftop pool with ocean views, a 55-foot lap pool, and a therapeutic and wellness suite with private treatment rooms, steam showers and infrared saunas. The fitness studio is equipped with state-of-the-art Pilates reformers, while the yoga studio offers a serene Zen garden view. Other amenities include a residents’ lounge, a private dining room with a catering kitchen, a private business suite, and a breakfast café that serves delicious gourmet bites and coffee. A full-time beach attendant and boat club services are also available, including water-borne trips to Palm Beach-West Palm Beach restaurants and entertainment. Golf carts are also available for island transportation. A 24-hour concierge can assist with any needs, including full food and beverage services.

“We are creating a luxury lifestyle experience with modern European touches that is unparalleled to anything else currently in the marketplace,” Deepak Khosa says, founder of Atlantic Companies. “Our buyers will be surrounded by nature’s beauty, all while experiencing five-star services and amenities.”

With over 35 years of experience, the D’Antonio Group is the lead architectural designer and development manager on numerous notable projects, including the Hotel Dolce Vita in Dubai, Aquarius Tower in Atlanta and the Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi. Carla Guilhem Design will handle the interior design, known for its distinctive award-winning style and meticulous eye for detail.

Pearl’s sales are managed by the Experience Team at Corcoran, headed by Harlan Goldberg and Jarrett Willis, offering over three decades of experience in luxury new development sales throughout Palm Beach, Miami, New York City and the Hamptons.

“There is no slowdown in demand for new construction on the water in South Florida, and Palm Beach Shores is the perfect enclave for both luxury and privacy,” Goldberg says. “Pearl was designed for those seeking a respite from big cities, but still within easy access of some of the best dining, shopping and entertainment.”
