Luxury Residences at 42 Pine in Miami Beach Reach Construction Milestone

The property is located in one of the area’s most coveted neighborhoods; completion for the bespoke residences is slated for Q1 2024.

42 Pine, a boutique residential building at Pine Tree Drive and 42nd Street in Miami Beach, has reached a significant milestone after topping the structure during construction. The timeline for completion is estimated to be in the first quarter of 2024. The renowned firm Arquitectonica has designed the eight-story building to reflect timeless sophistication, making it a beacon for the neighborhood. BridgeCity Capital provided financing of $35.5 million to commence the building project last year.

“The pace of construction is impressive, and we are proud to be involved in a project that brings a new level of luxury to the area,” Allan Lebovits says, CEO of BridgeCity Capital. “This is a unique opportunity in a highly coveted pocket of Miami Beach, and the sales velocity to date is a testament to the strong demand for new luxury residences.”

The area’s first full-service boutique condominium offers 50 turnkey residences, ranging from one to four bedrooms, with eight penthouses. These residences are meticulously crafted to provide a bespoke lifestyle rooted in community and convenience. The elegantly appointed residences, spanning 700 square feet to 2,700 square feet for combined units, are delivered ready for occupancy, with interiors designed by Arquitectonica to maximize space and connect residents to the outdoors. The residences feature sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, allowing abundant natural light and private terraces with glass railings that provide a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience.

“42 Pine is a defining project in one of Miami Beach’s most dynamic and walkable neighborhoods,” Jay Phillip Parker says, Chief Executive Officer of Douglas Elliman Florida and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida. “We are excited to be another step closer to delivering these unparalleled residences and their luxury lifestyle, which will set the precedent for new development around storied 41st Street.”

Prospective residents will find many resort-style amenities and services for all ages at the property. The carefully curated indoor and outdoor spaces feature an amenity deck with a 52-foot pool, a relaxation spa, cabanas and poolside service. In addition, there is a yoga and meditation lawn surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The fitness center is equipped with advanced cardio and weight-strengthening equipment and is complemented by an outdoor deck. The community-minded social spaces include a club and game room, media lounge, large outdoor terrace, and children’s playroom. A dedicated team is available to anticipate residents’ every need, including concierge, doorman, valet, and porter service.

Limited residences remain, with prices ranging from $700,000 to $3 million. Sales and marketing are exclusively managed by Mushka Jacobson with Douglas Elliman. For more information or to schedule a tour of the sales gallery, please visit 42pine.com or call 786-761-1149.
