On Saturday, February 1st, Handy (Helping Advance and Nurture the Development of Youth) hosted the 3rd annual Moonrise event presented by the Moss Foundation at Bonnet House Museum & Gardens in Fort Lauderdale. The event raised $400,000 to support Handy’s mental health and youth development programs.
Dressed in hues of blue inspired attire, guests danced the night away to DJ Misha’s set, while enjoying specialty cocktails and curated lite bites. During the event, Kirk Brown, Handy CEO, and Michael Wild, Handy Board Chair, thanked guests for their support and celebrated 40 years of Handy by giving guests an inside look into the work Handy does to transform the lives of youth throughout Broward County.
