Ferretti Group is premiering for the first time in the Americas two floating masterpieces. Located at Island Gardens and accessible via water taxi (directly through the Ferretti Group stand at the Miami Yacht Show), the following yachts will make their debut:
Riva 66-foot Ribelle
This high-tech sport flybridge, featuring a striking ‘Blue Sapphire’ hull, combines trademark steel and mahogany Riva elements and modernizes them. The flagship of the Sarnico shipyard, the 66’ Ribelle combines timeless Riva allure with innovative on-board features. The garage, large enough to accommodate both a Williams 345 tender and a Seabob, makes this yacht ideal for entertaining.
Riva 100-foot Corsaro
A perfect blend of comfort, performance, and style, the 100-foot Corsaro finds balance between its majestic size and a sporty look. With a ‘Shark Grey’ metallic exterior, this flybridge yacht is unparalleled. Cheoy Lee (CL Yachts) to debut
CL Yachts will makes its first public appearance at the yacht show and display its latest models, the CLA76 and CLB72.
The CLA76 is the successor to Cheoy Lee’s popular Alpha Express Series. The builder says it has fluid lines and a sharp silhouette to define the dynamic exterior of the yacht, which is accompanied by thoughtfully designed interiors that exude modernity, comfort, and elegance at its best. Thanks to its resin-infused, composite hull designed by Michael Peters Yacht Design, coupled with a foam cored monocoque structure by acclaimed naval architect Al Horsmon, the CLA76 excels in efficiency and performance.
The CLB72 is like the CLA76, but is smaller. It is built upon the combined expertise of naval architect Howard Apollonio, and leading marine structural engineers Gurit. It is designed to pushes the boundaries of marine engineering, achieving an exceptionally lightweight and aesthetically pleasing design without compromising the integrity of its structure, the company says. Its resin-infused composite hull and strategic use of carbon fiber ensures outstanding efficiency, performance, and durability.
RMK Merrill-Stevens to Bring Refit Center
RMK Merrill-Stevens, the historic shipyard with two yacht repair facilities co-located on the Miami River, will create an electronics-focused Refit Center at the yacht show with the help of industry experts and partners. RMK Merrill-Stevens is known for award-winning refits, repairs and providing maintenance for vessels from 30 feet to 300 feet, including sonme of the world’s greatest superyachts. The appearance at the show comes just months before unveiling Merrill-Steven’s unveils its new superyacht shipyard later this year.
The refeit center will heavily focus on electronics with experts in lighting, navigation, security and more. Visitors are welcome to come with questions, take informational materials, learn quick tips and discover how each company provides products and services that can help with their upcoming refit or upgrades, the company said. Partners who will attend the event with RMK Merrill-Stevens include Kymeta, Savant, Quick USA, Boning, Nautic Alert and Underwater Lights Unlimited.
Captain Robert “Fly” Navarro will be filming a “Refit Series” at the booth, giving boat owners and crews how-to tips and advice from his experience as a world-class mate on the world’s top offshore fishing boats. Fly turned his passion for fishing into a career, founding a magazine (In the Bite), marketing agency (Fly Zone Fishing), and several prominent fishing tournaments. He serves as the Tournament Director for the World Cup Blue Marlin Championship.
