Tracy Anderson Pop-Up Fitness Studio Launches at The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach

The fitness pioneer and creator of the Tracy Anderson Method brings her expertise to South Florida.

Tracy Anderson, who pioneered the Tracy Anderson Method, has announced that she will continue her partnership with The Colony Hotel as the property’s official fitness partner until April 30, 2024. Following their successful collaboration in 2022, Anderson and The Colony Hotel will again offer the exclusive venue for Tracy Anderson Method group classes in Palm Beach. With a steadfast commitment to sharing her evolving craft, Anderson will work with The Colony Hotel to introduce her method to the Palm Beach community and hotel guests, blending the scenic destination with her latest fitness research to provide an unforgettable experience.

“The Colony Hotel’s storied history has created the perfect location for our clients and the Tracy Anderson Method,” Anderson says. “It was a natural fit to continue this partnership into a second season to showcase the latest innovations of my Method.”

Anderson will also host two ViTAlity Weeks at The Colony Hotel during the residency to expand the client experience further. She plans to introduce a new set of choreography and classes, adding to her already extensive repertoire of movements. Attendees can expect to participate in Tracy Anderson workouts and engage in fireside chats with the fitness guru herself. This immersive experience offers clients a unique opportunity to enhance their workout routines and gain valuable insights from Anderson.

“The Colony Hotel strives to curate exceptional encounters for our hotel guests, as well as members of the local Palm Beach community,” Sarah Wetenhall says, Owner and CEO of The Colony Hotel. “Fitness is an integral part of the joy and wellbeing that we hope everyone experiences while visiting our Pink Paradise and we are so happy to offer exclusive access to Tracy Anderson Method classes in Florida.”

The Tracy Anderson pop-up studio provides 90-minute group classes for all levels, led by experienced TA trainers. Each session costs $75. Interested individuals can visit here to view the complete schedule and check the availability of classes.

His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico.
